Returns & Refunds Policy – DA

At DA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return items following our simple returns process.

1. Complete the Returns Form
   Provide your email address, order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
2. Ship Your Return
   Package your items securely and include the completed Returns Form.
3. Receive Your Refund
   Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

If you are not fully satisfied with any items in your order, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be:

• In their original, resalable condition
• Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached

Please note:

• We do not accept exchanges.
• Refunds will not include the original shipping costs.
• We cannot refund items that do not meet the above conditions.

• Include the completed Returns Form with your return.
• Ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
• For Germany/EU returns, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. DA is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
• Make sure your package includes: order number, name, and reason for return.
